National History Day Reflection

NHD is finally done.
This year, i wasn't too stressed about it, definitely not like last year.
I knew what i had to do and i did it.
I do admit, creating an exhibit board is a lot harder then i thought it would be, especially the cutting and gluing, even though that sounds easy. It was hard getting the letters exactly perfect looking, and gluing it was EVEN harder. My partner and i were in different class periods, so when i had to glue the big paper to the whole board, it was very hard. the glue kept drying before i could even get the paper on the board. Deciding what to put on the board was a struggle also. It was also a huge inconvenience that the Edgar Allan Poe house was closed the whole time we did the project. I hated how the judges pointed out about how some things on the board were slightly crooked, but barely gave us credit for being historically accurate and all the important stuff.
I honestly believe i should have done another performance.
